Return Policy

Wholesale Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot process returns or exchanges beyond this period.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Custom orders, personalized items, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at deepsouthoriginals@yahoo.com with your order number and details about the product(s) you wish to return. You may be asked to provide images of the product(s) to verify their condition.

Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your store credit. This fee is waived if you choose to exchange the item(s).

Store Credit: Approved returns will be processed as store credit, which can be used toward future purchases. If you return your product for store credit, your subsequent order must meet our minimum order requirement of $100.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.

Exchanges: Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. If exchanging for a different item, any price difference will either be credited or invoiced accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at deepsouthoriginals@yahoo.com. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a store credit, including reimbursement for return shipping costs.
